Flavor to enjoy and share.

TOROBI
by Kazu Kumoto

Torobi is inspired by the traditional Korean and Japanese table grill, reinterpreted by Kazu Kumoto and adapted for diners in Mexico.

An experience to enjoy premium meats and seafood at the center of the table, where every guest cooks to their own taste and at their own pace. No rush, no rules.

"Torobi", which means slow fire in Japanese, captures our essence: cook slowly, savor the process, and turn every meal into a memorable moment.

A new way to live the table grill, with Japanese technique and flavor, designed to eat comfortably, talk, and connect.
